Cal with his team, he is in the middle, front.

This picture and the ones following were published in a paper in Ft. Campbell, KY. All the 101st Airborne soldiers deployed to Iraq are now home or soon to be home.

Looking at these pictures I feel grateful, so many prayers are answered, mine included. We will see our Cal for Thanksgiving. It will be a Thanksgiving to be truely thankful. I am amazed at the number of soldiers in this picture.

Can you believe it!! I can't believe he is home!!! Halleluja!!!
BTW: You might want to change the link to my blog. Since I've changed my address the link no longer works. AND - I have the same Pioneer Woman link on my blog that you have. A friend sent it to me and I didn't realize you already had it on your blog! A great apple pie recipe awaits you on that site!

Hi Lori,
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I see that you have a son that recently returned from Iraq. That is great. My brother recently got out of the marines after two tours over there. Praise God he made it home safe.
As for no spend months... we finished them up the middle of December, mainly because we wanted to take care of a few health issues and needed to purchase some supplies. I am working on writing up a 'what I learned from the experience' post for next week, so stay tuned.
Thanks for stopping by.
Shannon
