Welcome to the world, Gunnar!Amy had been having contractions for a few days and wasn't convinced she was in labor. After lots of painting(nesting), and ignoring the contractions, she went to the hospital, and within a few minutes, Gunnar arrives, eager to be here.
Only a few hours old. He had a fun ride with some nice EMT's to this new place while doctors and nurses took very good care him.
This may look very scarry, but he is otherwise healthy and doing well!

He is a trooper. Surgery to repair the abdomen should be very soon, maybe a few days.

We are very proud of this baby and looking forward to grandparenting.

Congratulations and lots of love to all of you. I will keep little Gunnar, who is quite the cutie by the way, in my thoughts and prayers for a quick recovery.
