5 Spot on Queen Anne Hill

Labor Day weekend, Paul and I had a such a good time with Dale and Vada. I already posted about the Ballard Locks. This shows us at the end of the day. We went to a great place called 5 Spot. It changes it's menu every 6 weeks. This day we enjoyed an Oregon menu.
I had a smoked salmon salad.
A mix of Oregon Duck and Shakespeare. 5 Spot changes their decor with the menu.
An Oregon Saskwatch.
And last, a beautiful sunset.

Lori, It looks like you had a wonderful time with your friends. I went to the locks about 20 years ago. The sea food was so delicious.

I hope your homeschooling is a joy and success this coming year for you and your two younger children. Hugs, Kathi

Kathi; I hate to say the homeschooling is not the pleasure it should be. Working full-time makes it difficult at best. Not to mention, I fall short, way short. I often wish I could send them to school, but dropping out would be the option they would choose, I can't let that happen. Parenting is difficult at best, I love my kids and want what is best. For now, even this is the best.
